Where are yoga services offered?
Mainly in Chicago and the South Suburbs, with occasional North Suburban travel. Virtual sessions are also available.
Do you have a permanent studio?
No. Yoga may take place at rented studios, community spaces, offices or online. Private requests are coordinated individually.
What should I bring to yoga?
Wear comfortable clothing, bring water and bring your own mat. If you do not own a mat, a large bath or beach towel can work on the floor.
What is the yoga cancellation policy?
Private sessions require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations forfeit prepayment. Public-class donations are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date when notice is provided before class begins.
Is there anything I should know about yoga participation?
Move at your own pace and listen to your body. Yoga involves physical movement and participation is at your own risk. If you have questions about whether a practice is appropriate for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Birth Support
Where are birth doula services offered?
Chicago, the South Suburbs and North Suburbs, plus virtual support. Out-of-town service may be arranged when travel and lodging costs are covered by the client.
How is a birth window reserved?
A signed contract and 50% non-refundable retainer reserve the birth window. The remaining balance—or final milestone payment—is due by week 36.

What is the group-event cancellation policy?
Corporate, government and NGO workshops require at least 7 days' notice to reschedule or cancel. The initial 50% retainer is non-refundable; cancellations within 7 days require the remaining balance.
